Greetings Gordy Gators!
We have begun our annual Pennies for Patients campaign to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.  What is it?  
Students in each classroom will receive a box to collect coins and when you have finished collecting money, then bring the box back to school.
Check out underneath the sofa cushions and behind all of the chairs and in the car seats for any loose pennies, dimes and quarters (we accept dollar bills, too) for your Pennies for Patients box.
Remember, once you are finished collecting, you can bring in your box and pass your change to your homeroom teacher.  This campaign will be ongoing through April 30th. Please have all boxes returned by Wednesday, May 2nd.

If Gorman Crossing raises at least $750, the classroom with the highest total will win a Pizza or Pasta Party courtesy of Olive Garden!!! You can also go to the web site that the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society has set up specifically for Gorman Crossing to donate or for friends and family who may want to donate. That website is:

Last year we raised over $1100, let’s see if we can beat that total.
